Processing Time
The time it takes to prepare the order depends on the design of the dress, dresses with a complicated design requires more time than regular ones. (Kindly note that during our busy season, January-April, the process time would be as long as a month)

Shipping Time
After finishing your order, We are using well reputed shipping companies, such as UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. Delivery times are 3-5 Business days to all major destinations. And if you are shipping to U.S. or Canada, you can enjoy free shipping when your order is over US$139.

Estimated Delivery Time
Each of our dresses is made from scratch according to customers' specifications. Generally we need 10-20 days to process the order, and before your order is shipped, we process your order and put all your items through our strict quality control inspection. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (please note during January to April, the time might be doubled as it's our busy season)

Our website ships to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding U.S. territories).

Rush Service
If you need a dress sooner, you may pay $49.99 rush fee to speed up the tailoring process and get your dress within 15 business days.

Order Tracking
Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us to ask for help. Once you get your tracking number from our email, you could learn the status of your parcel by entering our tracking number on the tracking page of the courier's official website.
